E Learning and E Working Platform: Claroline

Claroline is an open sourced collaborative e learning software (based on PHP and MY SQL) which is developed on the concept of course space and is compatible with MS Windows, Macintosh and Linux.


Through this software, schools, colleges, universities, companies and other organizations can develop,manage and publish e learning courses;publish and manage documents in .txt, .pdf, .html formats etc; form students groups, coordinate group work, publish documents on Interactive whiteboards etc .This software works with all major web browsers, is available in more than thirty different languages and can be downloaded free of cost. This software focuses on the stability of the code and the learners' current needs. Since it is an open source project, therefore anybody can contribute to its development. This software uses SCORM and IMS standards for contents exchange.
